I wanted to take a minute and write a recommendation for a fantastic agent, Mary Binder.

After interviewing several East Hampton agents I found myself getting discouraged. I asked a longtime family friend for a referral. Mary lived up to everything I was told.

I listed the house at a higher price than what the other agents told me, Mary had the house cleaned for showing. The first weekend on the market we had received 7 offers, 3 over the asking price.
